Chappy Chanukah!

A very happy Chanukah to those of you who celebrate this sweet holiday and the lighting of the menorah.  Sadly, I'm allergic to white potato starch...but this year...it will be SWEET potato latkes (no allergy!) And happy holiday to you, too! I make really good potato latkes. Which camp are you in? Sour cream, or applesauce? I get mad if anyone puts sour cream on them. I'm an applesauce kinda gal.

I'm the worst of the worst...Sour cream AND applesauce...together. Lots of calories, but so yummy.
